RCH Hardware is supplied and operated by RCH Supply Co. LLC. Please take a few minutes to review our Terms and Conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

• All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipment. Responsibility for safe delivery is assumed by the carrier. The delivery service and RCH Supply Co. should be notified immediately of any visible damage to the merchandise upon receipt. 
• All claims must first be reported to the carrier and then to RCH Supply Co. within 5 working days. We will supply any information necessary for the completion of your claim. Please hold all packing and original boxes until inspection can be made, or claim is approved.
• A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be supplied for all in-stock (non-customized) items eligible for returns. All items being returned must be returned in original condition and packing. Please do not send back the items until a RMA is obtained from RCH Supply Co.
• Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunded amount for all returns, other than defected or wrongly shipped items.
• All return shipping costs are assumed by the buyer, other than defected or wrongly shipped items.
• All custom-orders are considered non-cancelable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, any orders that require custom finishing and/or are assembled or glued to order.

International Shipping Policies

• RCH Supply Co. can provide international shipping using air and ocean transportation services. We reserve the right to evaluate international orders for all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.
• International orders can be delayed due to customs inspections and for all various reason. Please allow an additional 7 business days for delivery beyond expected delivery date.
• We use standard USPS mail for international orders, however additional carriers can be used upon request. Because international tracking is not available with USPS mail service (other than Express), we do not assume responsibility for undelivered and/or damaged packages and goods for international orders, sent via standard USPS mail service.
• International shipping costs displayed upon checkout or amounts quoted for custom orders are related to carrier delivery costs only. Customers are responsible for any customs clearance, duty or taxes levied at time of import.

User Content & Privacy Policy

RCH Supply Co. company collects, uses and safeguards the information you provide us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all activities that occur under your account. When you place an order for a product, we need to know your name, e- mail and mailing addresses, and your billing information so that we can fill, confirm and ship your order, and notify you of your order status. We may also request personal information from you if you submit comments to us through any of our services.

We don't rent, sell or otherwise distribute to others any information about our customers, except that we may provide your personal information to companies engaged to deliver your order. We also reserve the right to disclose without notice to you any information in our possession if we believe we are required to do so by law, to protect or defend our rights or property, or to respond to an emergency. While we endeavour to use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, the Internet is not totally secure. Due to the possibility of transmission errors, hacking or other unauthorized third party activities, we cannot guarantee that data related to the Services will remain secure. If we become aware of a security breach involving such data, RCH Supply Co will make all legally required disclosures, consistent with our ability to determine the scope of the breach, our need to restore the integrity of the system and the needs of law enforcement. The Services are not intended for use by, and RCH Supply Co does not intend to collect personal information from, children under 13 years of age. Children under 13 years of age are directed not to use the Services, whether to submit personal information or otherwise. Some of the Services contain links to websites or other content sources, which are not under the control of RCH Supply Co. RCH Supply Co. has partnered with Google to make use of their Adwords remarketing strategy, to show our visitors personalized advertising content that is most relevant to them. Price Match Guarantee

At RCH Hardware, we specialize in decorative brass chain. That is why we offer a price-match guarantee on all of our solid brass chain. That means we will match any competitor's advertised price for solid brass chain, if they carry the exact same chain style (as identified by its shape, size, material, finish and features) at a lower price in US dollars. Please be aware that RCH Hardware offers hinged chain in styles that are similar to our competition, but not the same due to its hinge feature. We cannot price match hinged chain for any un-hinged chain of the same shape, size, material or finish. In order to check the eligibility for a price-match of a particular chain, please contact RCH Hardware with the SKU number of our chain and the SKU number of a competitor’s chain.
