The first (Iron Door Bell) I received did not work correctly and I called and was put through to Sam. After explaining my problem he said he would send me another button but instead he send and entire bell unit. It works perfectly and is beautiful on my English Tudor house as it is the same pattern as the metal work of the front door. This is what you hope all companies would be like.
The quality of the letters were excellent. The customer service provided by Lauren far surpassed any experiences I've had in the past. Considering the products came from Washington all the way to Ontario, Canada, the service was amazingly quick and my letters arrived well packaged. There was not a single negative thing I can say about this company. All was positive.
Mounted 8 of these under two kitchen shelves to hold up pots & pans, including some large cast irons. I'm loving it. The hooks are super sturdy and great looking. The size is perfect for the application.
