I was unsure about what chains to order and the woman in customer service was so helpful in explaining the differences. When I did pick out a chain style, I asked that they begin and end with the round loop pieces, and that’s exactly how they came. They look great. Super pleased!
These brass house letters are very well made and lovely, and they come with matching mounting screws. They are exactly what I was looking for and are very reasonably priced. Their packaging and shipping were also very well handled.
