DESCRIPTION
Add a well-rounded finishing touch to any lighting fixture with our Modern heavy duty brass ceiling canopy. The streamlined design of this solid brass 6 inch canopy features a flat top and sloped sides with a matching loop and screw collar for a cohesive look. This canopy is perfect for modern fixtures, but it's so universally appealing that it also complements art deco, minimalist, scandinavian, industrial, traditional, rustic, and transitional chandeliers or pendant lights. Install on sloped or flat ceilings with electrical boxes 6 inches and under to hang fixtures up to 75 lbs. Instantly transform any chandelier or pendant light in your foyer, kitchen, dining room, bar area, living room, bathroom, bedroom, or guest room. The canopy plate itself has a 1.34 inch center hole and measures 0.71 inches tall to provide plenty of room for the mounting kit and wiring to comfortably fit within the plate - ensuring no hardware is exposed. Once installed, the matching loop extends 3.23 inches from the canopy plate and has a wire way that can accommodate fixture wires up to 0.33 inches thick. Canopy kit includes a canopy plate, a matching loop with screw collar, assembly instructions, along with the following mounting hardware: a 2 inch long 1/4 IPS threaded pipe, 2 bolt screws, a hex nut, and a 4-13/16 inch long heavy duty steel cross bar with grounding screw.
Please note: since this is a heavy duty canopy, the thickness of the loop is 0.33 inches and only a handful of our connectors and unwelded chains can open up enough to accommodate this size. Please ensure your existing connecting hardware can open up far enough to attach to the canopy. If your existing connectors won't work with this canopy or if you need connectors, please contact us and we will happily assist.
