The first (Iron Door Bell) I received did not work correctly and I called and was put through to Sam. After explaining my problem he said he would send me another button but instead he send and entire bell unit. It works perfectly and is beautiful on my English Tudor house as it is the same pattern as the metal work of the front door. This is what you hope all companies would be like.
