Ordered small link chain which did not seem to be strong enough so I called RCH and had a great experience. I was asked to send a photo of the chandelier and the gentlemen was extremely helpful in telling me what type of chain to order and exactly what I needed. This is an awesome company. Not only are their product first class, but the service after the sale is exceptional. I ordered directly and the order shipped the same day. Had 1 defective mounting screw, emailed RCH and they promptly sent me 3 replacement screws.
